Summer Youth D&D Programs
Host a D&D Game
Brian brings a custom D&D experience to the comfort of your home at a fraction of the cost of enrolling your child in a week of camp. You can choose to host either a closed (you provide all participants for a flat fee) OR an open group (You host other participants who pay per head and receive a discount based on how many other young people sign up. Brian will meet with you and create a custom game for your child to match their level of experience, interests and needs. You must provide a space for the group to play (usually a living room or rec room) with a table and places to sit. Brian brings everything else needed: dice, character sheets, maps, minis and more! Another adult must be home and available in case of emergency while the game is being run, but does not need to be in the room where the game is being run. Bookings include 3 hours of gaming per day from Monday to Friday in either the morning (9AM-12PM) or afternoon (1-4PM).
The flat rate for a Closed Game is $600 and can include up to 6 people of your choice of whatever age. $125 is due at booking and the remainder is due the day of the first event. An additional fee may be involved if you are outside of Kitchener/Waterloo.
If you wish to host an Open Game the cost is paid per participant. The cost per participant is $125 for a week of games. The host pays the $125 deposit and meets with Brian to plan the campaign. The game will be posted as open on the website and other youth can sign up to join. If 4 other youth sign up the host receives a $75 rebate on the cost for their child to participate. If 5 other youths sign up the host’s child attends for free. There must be a minimum of 4 participants for a week to run. The host determines what age groups they wish to host.
Interested in a different game? Contact Brian to see if he can run it instead. He is experienced in a wide variety of Table Top and Board Games.
